Getting Here from Sunrise
Crown Dialysis Center is located at 4701 N. Federal Hwy., Boca Raton, just south of Yamato Road. From Sunrise, the fastest route is to take the Sawgrass Expressway (FL-869) north, which merges into I-95 North near the Palm Beach County line. Exit at Yamato Road and head east to Federal Highway — approximately 20 miles and 25 minutes.
If you are coming from the Sawgrass Mills Mall area or neighborhoods near the Amerant Bank Arena, take NW 136th Avenue north to the Sawgrass Expressway entrance. From the Sunrise Civic Center area along Oakland Park Boulevard, head west to the Sawgrass or north on University Drive to connect to I-95.
For patients in eastern Sunrise near Commercial Boulevard, you can also take I-95 North directly from the Commercial Boulevard interchange — a slightly shorter route that brings you to our Yamato Road exit in about 20 minutes.
