Getting Here from Lake Worth Beach
Crown Dialysis Center is located at 4701 N. Federal Hwy., Boca Raton, just south of Yamato Road. From downtown Lake Worth Beach, take I-95 South for about 15 miles and exit at Yamato Road. Head east on Yamato to Federal Highway — the entire drive takes roughly 20 minutes.
If you prefer to avoid the highway, US-1 (Federal Highway) runs directly from Lake Worth Beach south through Boynton Beach and into Boca Raton. This route passes through the heart of Palm Beach County and takes approximately 25–30 minutes.
From the beachside neighborhoods near the Lake Worth Casino, take Lake Avenue west to I-95 South for the fastest route. We are well south of the congestion around downtown West Palm Beach, so traffic is rarely an issue.
