Crown Dialysis Center is located at 4701 N. Federal Hwy., Boca Raton, just south of Yamato Road. From Jupiter, take I-95 South for approximately 35 miles. Exit at Yamato Road and head east — our facility is less than a mile east of the interchange on Federal Highway.
If you are coming from the Abacoa area or neighborhoods near Jupiter Medical Center, take Indiantown Road east to I-95 South. The drive is approximately 35 minutes outside of rush hour, and the route avoids all the stoplights on US-1 through Juno Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.
For residents near the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse or along A1A, you can take US-1 South directly, though I-95 is significantly faster. We also welcome transit patients visiting Jupiter who need dialysis services during their stay.
