Getting Here from Hollywood
Crown Dialysis Center is located at 4701 N. Federal Hwy., Boca Raton, just south of Yamato Road. From Hollywood, take I-95 North for approximately 30 miles. Exit at Yamato Road and head east — our facility is less than a mile from the interchange on the east side of Federal Highway. The drive takes about 30 minutes.
If you are coming from Hollywood Beach or the Broadwalk area, take Hollywood Boulevard west to I-95 North. From the neighborhoods near ArtsPark at Young Circle, US-1 North is an option but I-95 is significantly faster. Patients near Memorial Regional Hospital on Johnson Street can access I-95 North from the Sheridan Street interchange.
For residents in western Hollywood near Taft Street or the Pembroke Pines border, take I-75 North to I-595 East, then connect to I-95 North. While slightly longer in distance, this route often avoids the congestion on Hollywood Boulevard during rush hour.
