Crown Dialysis Center is a Medicare-certified state of the art facility. The dialysis center is managed by a team of qualified health professionals under the leadership of board-certified nephrologist, Bharat K. Gupta, MD to Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale areas
The dialysis programs are designed to treat people with end-stage kidney disease who require dialysis support. We accommodate patient work schedules, the needs of their families and personalized treatments.
By providing dialysis treatment in-center or via home care management with assisted home hemodialysis, our facility looks after the whole person.
